We are incredibly excited to be partnering with Fischer's Baslow Hall for a gourmet dinner paired with our sparkling wines.
With the UK wine trade both trending and booming at the moment it’s not just about celebrating what our terroir can offer, but also the addition of it benefiting our economy hugely and hosting this event within English Wine Week seems the most appropriate way to celebrate.
The evening will commence with a drinks reception in the lounge, hosted by Hattingley Valley Wines Brand Ambassador, Oliver Putter, followed by a five-course menu and perfectly executed pairings. Their talented Head Chef James Payne has worked closely with Oliver, and Fischer’s Sommelier Matthew Davison to create a series of seasonal spring dishes that compliment the English wines. For each course, there will be an introduction on the dish and pairing chosen.
