Food & Fizz night for Winchester Cocktail Week 2017

Hattingley Valley have teamed up with the wonderful owners of local dining establishment Forte Kitchen, Olly and Naomi, to put on a special Food & Fizz night to celebrate Winchester Cocktail Week 2017 which runs from Monday 6th – Sunday 12th February to celebrate cocktails throughout the historic city.

Forte Kitchen specialise in serving breakfast and lunch. But, not only do they provide Winchester residents and visitors with tasty dishes using local ingredients, they provide the best customer service in the city! Forte Kitchen won the Customer Service Award at the 2016 Hampshire Life Food and Drink Awards at the end of November last year.

Forte Kitchen will be opening their doors for the evening to host the special Food & Fizz night in honour of Winchester Cocktail Week on Friday 10th February. Olly has created a delicious sounding menu to accompany Hattingley Valley sparkling wines. The flavour combinations sound divine and anyone who has dined at Forte Kitchen before will know what to expect – Olly uses locally sourced produce to create dishes of an exceptionally high standard.

Hattingley Valley’s very own Assistant Winemaker, Will Perkins, will also be at the dinner to introduce each of the wines and he will be available to answer any questions guests have about our wines or our local Hampshire winery.
